    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number to expedite the process. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

  3. Refund Process
    Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
